How long will the carpet take to dry?
This will depend greatly on your carpet type. However, we always take the extra time to leave the carpet damp… not soaked! We take twice as many dry passes as “the other guys” so your steam cleaning dries up to twice as fast! We’ll even bring in fans by request to speed it up more. But in general, 4-8 hours depending on the carpet type and home conditions.
Are your cleaning solutions safe for pets and kids?
Absolutely! We thoroughly vet all of our products for safety. Remember, we might be in your home once a year, but we do 3-4 homes a day! We want to stay healthy for our own families too, so we make sure we use safe products for your pets & kids are also ours too!
How long do we need to stay off the carpet?
You can walk on it right away, it won’t harm a thing!
Can you remove stains from carpet?
While we will always treat each stain as best we can, we can’t promise full 100% removal. This is because there are factors we do not control. Anytime you can’t control something, you can’t guarantee it. Type of stain, age of stain, if it’s been treated before, etc all come into play here. But we will always do EVERYTHING we can before giving up!
Do you move furniture?
We ask that you move whatever you easily and reasonably can, and leave the rest to us. There’s a few caveats with this.
1. You can move as much or as little as you want, this is your house so you’re the boss here!
2. We will move the little furniture for free, but anything bigger or heavier than a recliner will incur a $10 fee which goes directly to the technician for breaking his back and the extra liability. If something is simply too heavy, breakable, or a liability we may not be able to move it.
3. Please clean up the clutter, toys, clothes, etc. The rooms need to be picked up and ready for us when we arrive.
Can you guarantee pet odor removal?
Unfortunately, because there are so many variables we do not control, we cannot guarantee 100% pet odor removal. Pet urine can be in the pad, the air vents, the baseboards, the subfloor, and other places too! All we can do is clean and treat the carpet itself. Anytime you can’t control all factors, you can’t guarantee results. But we will always do everything we possibly can to improve your situation!
